- Legal Nature of the Agreement
By requesting publication on VIPCARDS.FR, the Partner acknowledges and accepts this document as a legally binding agreement.
No physical or digital signature is required.
Listing publication automatically constitutes full acceptance of all terms.
- Acceptance of Digital VIP Cards
The Partner must accept:
VIP CARD (Annual Membership)
TOURIST CARD (Short-Term Access)
A card is valid only when:
Displayed live inside the user dashboard
Marked as Active
Not presented as a screenshot
“Membership Status” does not grant any benefits.
- Card Verification Protocol
Staff must be informed to:
Request the digital card from the official profile
Refuse screenshots
Confirm card validity
Optionally record Membership ID for traceability
VIPCARDS.FR provides an optional verification tool (card-check page).
- Enforcement of Discounts & Benefits
The Partner agrees to honor:
Discounts
Privileges
Special offers
exactly as published in their listing.
Any change must be submitted to VIPCARDS.FR for approval before taking effect.
Failure to honor benefits may result in:
Suspension
Modification
Permanent removal
- Partner Identification & Visibility
VIPCARDS.FR provides an official Partner Sticker, which must remain:
Visible at the entrance or reception area
Clearly accessible to customers
Displayed during business hours
- Promotion Requirement
Within 7 days of becoming a Partner, the business must post:
A public social media announcement
Mentioning VIPCARDS.FR
Tagging or linking our official page
Displaying the benefit offered to cardholders
This ensures transparency and consistency across the network.
- Internal Staff Awareness
All employees must:
Be informed of the partnership
Know the card types
Understand how verification works
Be able to honor discounts without confusion
Lack of staff training is not a valid excuse for refusing benefits.
🔥 8. Liability Disclaimer (Full Protection for VIPCARDS.FR)
VIPCARDS.FR is not responsible for:
The Partner’s service quality
Customer complaints inside the Partner’s premises
Incorrect or outdated information supplied by the Partner
Price changes, errors, or modifications made by the Partner
Conflicts between Partner and customers
Any losses, damages, or disputes occurring within the Partner’s business
Delays, cancellations, or refusal of service by the Partner
Accidents, injuries, or any harm happening on the Partner’s property
Any fraudulent or misleading actions performed by the Partner or its staff
VIPCARDS.FR provides:
a digital listing service, a digital membership card, and marketing visibility — not any form of legal guarantee.
The Partner is fully responsible for their own:
Service delivery
Legal compliance
Customer interactions
Pricing
Staff training
Operational risks
🔥 9. Accuracy of Information (Full Partner Responsibility)
The Partner guarantees that:
All submitted information is true and accurate
Discounts and offers are valid
Business hours and pricing are correct
VIPCARDS.FR is not liable for content submitted by the Partner.
If misinformation causes customer dissatisfaction, the Partner assumes full responsibility.
🔥 10. Platform Protection Clause
The Partner acknowledges that:
VIPCARDS.FR does not own or operate partner businesses
VIPCARDS.FR does not supervise or control their services
VIPCARDS.FR does not guarantee availability, quality, or pricing
VIPCARDS.FR cannot be held responsible for any business-related damages or disputes
- Platform Rights: Suspension & Termination
VIPCARDS.FR may suspend, modify, or terminate a listing if:
Benefits are refused
Fraudulent activity is detected
Misleading information is provided
The Partner fails to follow instructions
Customer complaints are repeated
The Partner violates these Terms
VIPCARDS.FR may remove a Partner at its sole discretion.
- Data Use & Publication Rights
By joining the platform, the Partner authorizes VIPCARDS.FR to publish:
Business name
Logo
Photos
Address
Offers
Description
Updates may be requested via support.
- Duration & Renewal
This agreement remains valid:
As long as the Partner is listed
Until the Partner requests removal
Or until VIPCARDS.FR terminates the listing
