Usage Conditions – VIP Card / Tourist Card
To ensure clarity between customers and partner businesses, please note the following rules:
1️⃣ VIP discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
If a business already offers a promotion, special price, happy hour, or internal discount, the VIP discount cannot be added on top.
2️⃣ Multiple discount cards cannot be combined.
If a customer presents two cards (VIP Card + any other discount card), only one benefit can be applied.
3️⃣ Discounts apply only to services/products defined by the partner.
Each business decides which services or products are eligible. The VIP discount does not automatically apply to everything.
4️⃣ A valid membership card is required.
The VIP or Tourist Card must be active and valid on the day of use. Expired cards are not accepted.
5️⃣ Optional identity verification
In case of doubt, the partner may request to verify the name/surname on the digital VIP card against an identity document.
